S.A.F.E. (Self defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange) 4/20 7pm
April 20th at 7:00 p.m.
Gwinnett Police officer Aaron Dieffenbacher will be conducting a two hour educational awareness and crime-victim prevention program. It will encompass strategies, techniques and options that provide teenaged & adult women with information that may reduce their risk of exposure to violence and introduces them to the physical aspects of self defense.
This free class includes:
-A dynamic, super-graphic 13-piece full color folio packed with safety information every woman should know(given to every participant).
-17-minute motivational video.
-1 1/2 hour familiarization with what physical self defense is about.
This class is for female Rivermist residents ages 13 and up.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. Hope you can make it!
