Common Areas

RIVERMIST COMMONS - expansive flat grassy area in front of the Clubhouse and used for outdoor social & multi-purpose recreational activities.

PLAYGROUND - behind the Clubhouse, an enclosed landscaped area with play fort, Benches, and Little Library with lakeview for kids & adults of all ages. 

RIVERMIST LAKE - beautiful 5-acre lake located behind the Clubhouse to enjoy fishing and relaxing for our HOA full members. There is no swimming in the lake. 

NATURE TRAILS - (Red Fox Waterfall Trail & Starwood Waterfall Trail) lead to gorgeous Rivermist Falls on Watson Creek and 3.6-acres of wooded green-space. 

BASKETBALL - Lighted mini court with NBA style goal & backboard, located near the main entrance of the Parking Lot.

Sunrise till 11pm for Rivermist Commons, Playground, Rivermist Lake, and Basketball.

Sunrise to Sunset for Nature Trails.

No parking allowed in Rivermist Parking Lot after 11pm.
