Changes for current HOA status need to be sent to the HOA board president by November 7th, 2024 to reflect change in 2025.

Nominations for your board of directors for the 2026 year are now open effective 8/11/25
Three board members are completing their terms in 2025. Please submit your nominations via email to nominations@rivermistrafter.com. All nominees must be Full HOA members in good standing, under covenants and be at least 21 years old in order to be considered for positions. Please include contact information for your nominees in your email.
Election cycle dates:
8/11/25 – Nomination period opens
9/1/25 – Nominations close
9/7/25 – 5:00 PM - Meet the candidates. An open quorum Q and A at the clubhouse for the board candidates
9/11/25 – Voting period opens
9/27/25 – Final date for accepting ballots
9/28/25 – 7:00 PM - Annual membership meeting. Counting of ballots and announcement of election results.
